The supreme law of the land is in exclusive common law. American Common Law consists of right or wrong and in the Texas Republic Nation and the Republic state of Florida the common law court cases are always decided by a Tribunal, Trial By Jury of 12 of one’s peers with no Attorney, Attorney Judge, or corporation in attendance.
The Common Law Court Case is between two or more living human beings as the Claimant or Wrongdoer and each has the right to speak with verifiable facts to the Jury and have the jury unanimously decide who is right and who is wrong and even decide if the law is just. The NON-ATTORNEY Judge (the arbitrator) is there to pronounce sentence of fines, jail time, deportation, etc. and write the final lawful order. You notice that I did NOT say LEGAL ORDER. This common law court handles all civil and criminal cases from the common law independent Grand jury indictments and all Cases are final and non-appealable to any other court, even international or the World courts because the verdict is 13 to 1.
It is the Common Law Non-Attorney Judge that decides upon the Punishment based on the common law with the input and final judgment of the 12-panel jury.
In other words, the jury decides upon the guilt or innocence – who is right and who is wrong and a Speedy Trial by Jury in Exclusive Common Law is irrevocable and cannot be appealed in any other court once decided because it is 13 people against one in the decision. This court handles both civil cases and criminal case indictments from each independent County Common Law Grand Jury.
Common-Law is either right or wrong and decided by a Trial By Jury of all of the 12 peers’ decision and judgment as members of that tribunal.
